All orders placed on boteboard.com are processed within three business days of the date of order if the order is placed before 12:00 p.m. CT. Any orders placed after 12:00 pm CT will be processed beginning on the day after the order was placed. You will receive an email notification after submitting your order, and another email notification when your order has shipped. Actual transit and delivery timeframes will differ depending on shipping method and destination. BOTE® reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice.
Shipping Methods. All BOTE® orders ship either via FedEx or freight carrier. The following BOTE® products are shipped via freight carrier: Rigid Paddle Boards, Rover Aero, Dock 10 and all motors. All other BOTE® products are shipped via FedEx.
Shipping Destinations. BOTE® currently ships online orders to the lower 48 states only. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, and do not currently offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses.
If you are interested in shipping a BOTE® product outside the lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses), we may be able to provide you with a quote. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfil this request. Each freight shipment is individually quoted to minimize costs to our customers. In the event that freight charges to your delivery location exceed this subsidy, we may contact you to amend the delivery location, pay the difference or cancel the order. Shipping Costs. BOTE® offers free shipping within the lower 48 states on all orders shipping via freight carrier. For orders shipping via FedEx, we offer free FedEx SmartPost shipping on orders over $100 (excluding tax and shipping costs) within the lower 48 states. For orders shipping via FedEx that are less than $100, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Expedited Shipping. For orders shipping via freight carrier, expedited shipping is not available. For more details surrounding freight shipping, please click here. For orders shipping via FedEx, expedited shipping options may be available. If expedited shipping is available for your order, the available options, along with applicable shipping charges, will be displayed at checkout.

We ship international orders to Australia through our BOTE Australia online storefront. We do not currently offer shipping to any other countries outside of the United States.
Scheduling Freight Deliveries. If your order is shipping via freight carrier, then the freight company will contact you to schedule delivery. Please double-check your shipping contact information to ensure that the email address and phone number are accurate. If the freight company is unable to reach you or you are unavailable to receive delivery, you may incur additional storage charges.
Receiving Freight Deliveries. An adult 18 years of age or older must be available to accept all freight deliveries. You must inspect the entire order before signing for the delivery. The delivery driver should wait for you to confirm the condition of the product before leaving the delivery location. Note that a damaged box does not always indicate damage to the product inside, and an undamaged box does not always guarantee that the product inside is undamaged. Once you have signed for your order, no party is able to file a claim with the carrier.
If you discover any damage to your product upon delivery and inspection, you should refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” on the bill of lading and provide this along with the product to the driver. Please fill out our damage shipping form as well to notify us. Proper documentation is required to receive compensation for damages or replacement product.
