Don't take our word for it, check out this story to see how Josh Collins journeyed 3,500 miles on his Traveller.
A displacement hull has a pointed nose which allows the board to cut through the water efficiently. It’s a good choice for fitness, extended paddling, and fishing.
“The Traveller is the most stable and agile board in the BOTE lineup. With a narrower build and V-shaped hull, this board is built like a race board, yet still holds plenty of weight for outdoor excursions.”
– Pete Buzzelli, BOTE Darkroom Guru

Delivery was much faster than expected, packaged well, and the product was perfect upon arrival. The Traveller board has impressed me with its speed and ease to paddle, even against heavy current. The included paddle is just as nice as buying a high end carbon paddle separately. Good job Bote!
The 14 foot is pretty stable. I am 5’11 205. I didn’t notice a big difference from the HD inflatable and it was definitely much better for going in a straight line vs zig zagging more on the HD. The first time I went straight into the ocean and I had a harder time than the much lighter girls. I think in a bay or river it’ll be very manageable and fast.
I wouldn't consider me a full Waterman but I grew up in Hawaii surfing most of my life, I work and live in ND, so the flood and now the Traveler allow me to find my "Aloha" and be Hawaiian.
Mahalo nui to Bote. P.s. I'm a big fan! James Lankford
I just got being on the water with it the first time. I had my child and myself (combined weight, 270lbs) on there in sunny port orange Fl.
It handled great, glided great and there was even a heavy wind that didn’t bother us.
Thanks again for the quality.
Great board in the wind, a little hard to turn, but love the board.
