"Well, my resent Aero Pump mini 12 volt Pump was a replacement so my thoughts at this point are undecided. If my first one had not overheated and failed. I prob would not need to spend my time ordering again. So, we shall see. I can say all my Bote products have been fabulous (Sup, & all its other accessories, seats, etc. ) have been high quality and no issues - hoping it was just a weird fluke on that first 12volt mini pump. Bummer - I had to go take time to resolve this lil drama but very hopeful and confident Bote customer service will continue to be excellent and helpful. I can say- I messed up my fin and then are quick to process and ship when need to order new parts. Go Bote! & Thank you again!"
