Convenient

"It works. It seems to struggle at the top end of the recommended psi just like you do when you pump by hand, i. e. it gets loader and longer in the tooth to finish the job. But it does so adequately and with no personal physical struggle on your part. It takes a little longer than the propaganda would have you believe but, it does bounce back for another inflatable immediately. No buyers remorse here. Customer service was spectacular. I originally ordered the car powered model which came inoperable and they quickly and efficiently let me return and upgrade to, like I said, the much more convenient unit. Thank you team."

Undecided 🤷‍♀️ sorta…

"Well, my resent Aero Pump mini 12 volt Pump was a replacement so my thoughts at this point are undecided. If my first one had not overheated and failed. I prob would not need to spend my time ordering again. So, we shall see. I can say all my Bote products have been fabulous (Sup, & all its other accessories, seats, etc. ) have been high quality and no issues - hoping it was just a weird fluke on that first 12volt mini pump. Bummer - I had to go take time to resolve this lil drama but very hopeful and confident Bote customer service will continue to be excellent and helpful. I can say- I messed up my fin and then are quick to process and ship when need to order new parts. Go Bote! & Thank you again!"
