While a little on the heavier side, it is a great board. I'm ~265 and am completely stabile on this board in open water. We used them for the first time in the keys on several back country paddling trips and couldn't be happier. The Rackham Aero, takes just a little longer to inflate, but It's great to paddle. Only thing I wish it had was an additional D ring at the front like my HD does to tie a rope to, rather than having to tie the rope around the handle.

I’m on the heavier side (280lbs) and I load the board up with my cooler and fishing gear. Even with all that weight it’s solid and super stable. I take out on the inter coastal and flats and fish for hours with no problems. Love this thing, I’ve tried a few others and they just aren’t stable once you put a lot of weight on them. With this that’s not a problem anymore. Love it!!!

I love it; probably even more than my sailboat!! I also bought the XL chair as well and reviewing the specs, my hypothesis was correct... they fit together perfectly. I live on my sailboat at a local hotel and marina resort in Redondo Beach, CA and everyone wants to check it out and hear more. I'm the retired special operations guy tooling around marina with his Malinois pup on a wicked cool BOTE sit-down paddle board. I tell everyone, it requires and works zero core! LOL. This thing is crazy stable. I've had it out on windy days with 2 labrador retrievers that are constantly moving and have never once felt the least bit unstable. I'm 6'3" and 225 lbs so finding a good fit for me wasn't easy. I highly recommend this board for anyone looking for stability and a good weight capacity.
