It has been over two weeks since I received a confirmation from BOTE that the fin has been shipped but I still have not received it. I also have not received any tacking information for the shipment. Please help.

He fin came super quick and that’s appreciated! My friend and I have scheduled a few trips and every time we paddle we say, “ you, know we should probably get extra fin just in case’! We get in some flats and other predicaments and just thought probably good idea to have extra. Never come close to needing one but I like the idea of one resting in my dry bag!
I ordered a center fin replacement and they ended up accidentally sending my side fins. I called them up and we resolved the issue within minutes. They let me keep the side find and sent me a new center fin replacement for free. I received it within a few days! Very happy with the customer service from Bote. Would recommend to my friends!
