POSITION OVERVIEW

BOTE is seeking an organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our staff at our Ft. Walton Beach warehouse. We are looking for a hardworking, self-starter, organized, and motivated person to help grow our business. This position will be responsible for accurate and complete information to the accounting department, operations management, and other staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • The Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for assisting the warehouse manager in all daily functions
  • This position is also responsible for the day to day operations of the warehouse functions
  • Lead and motivate all warehouse personnel through daily development and coaching
  • Supervise all Warehouse employees to ensure they are performing their assigned duties in an efficient manner
  • Require that all possible steps are taken to prevent the loss of product through pilferage, damage, or aging
  • Ensure all warehouse employees abide by company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Forklift certification a plus
  • Positive attitude
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
  • Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Night and weekend flexibility
  • Familiarity with Netsuite a plus
  • Can work on tablet and computer proficiently
  • Can spend the majority of the day on their feet.
