Candidate must be an action-oriented individual who learns quickly, works independently, and creates solutions to diverse problems. Someone comfortable with multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities, and meeting project deadlines. Candidate will report to Senior Director of Marketing and be expected to work closely with the entire Marketing team as well as liaise between other departments. Organizational skills, streamlined pro-duction methods, and good work ethic are a must.\nRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE\n\nAct as the central knowledge base for all scheduled Marketing efforts in order to facilitate efficient and effective projects within the department\nManage all tasks and deliverable requirements within Asana\nProvide Marketing team with weekly updates in terms of near-term priorities and deliverable deadlines\nField all inbound marketing communications and requests\n\nIncludes sponsorship inquiries, charity donation requests, event invitations and others\nReview each opportunity to evaluate fit for the brand\nCoordinate with the lead for each request (PR, Brand Manager, etc.)\nStrategically maximize the execution of the opportunity for all parties involved\n\n\nCatalog and manage assets for email, social, web, PR, etc. so that they are easily accessible and available\nCoordinate the brand’s video productions and photo shoots, which will require sourcing supplies, locations, staffing and other logistics to ensure the successful creation of new marketing assets\nLead scheduling, planning and on-site execution for BOTE events.
